Please note that once you have checked out your item/items from your shopping cart, your purchase will be forwarded to one our official retail partners upon confirmation. You will be bound by our official retailers or resellers own terms and conditions and Global Gears will not be liable for any mis-sale or miscommunication between you and the retailer/reseller.
Our retailers/resellers are advised to take all reasonable care, in so far as, it is in their power to do so.
In the time a negligence occurs, Global Gears cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide to them when ordering.

We may however revise these terms and conditions from time to time to better serve you by updating this posting. If you do not wish to accept any terms and conditions after we have given notice, you not continue to use this website.
After the checkout process, you will be given the oppurtunity to check your order and to correct any errors. An automatic acknowledgement email will then be sent, but it does not necessarily mean that we or our official retailers will be able to fulfill your order. Availablity of a certain item is still subject to change.
Please be informed that there will be times that items might not be available even if it is available on the website. The sales team will advise via email or SMS if the your chosen item is in-stock or not. Prices only applies on the day of confirmation.
